Recently I was greeted with an enthusiastic ear from none other Stacy Dermont the legendary foodie from Dan’s Papers. Her and Bob Edelman have been all about helping HCS come together with her full page feature in this weeks (Sept 24,2010) issue, “Hampton’s Chefs Unite”.
