Peter K.Cooke is a private chef in Southampton, NY. He worked in restaurants,hotel’s and clubs since the age of 16, Peter has been featured in the NY Times, the Washington Post, the Los Angeles Times, and Bon appetite magazine. His simple rustic, hampton’s style of cooking is sought after by an inner-circle of hampton’s foodies “in the know.” After years of cooking on the east end Peter has established relationships with a few local farmers,fishmongers & purveyors bringing the best quality to the table. In 2010 Peter founded the Hampton’s Chef Society to further that philosophy. In 2011 Peter founded cometrailme.com to reach out to young cooks looking to find tryout position’s with new chefs around the world.
